COVID-19 POLICIES FOR 21-22 PERFORMANCES

The health and well-being of our audiences, staff, volunteers, and artists remains our number one priority.

(current as of September 14, 2021)
Guidelines are subject to change

The health and well-being of our audiences, staff, volunteers, and artists remains our number one priority. In cooperation with other arts organizations and venues, we have implemented layers of defense against COVID-19, including the Health and Safety Guidelines listed below.

Due to the high levels of COVID-19 transmission in Hamilton County and the surrounding area, the following protocols are currently effective until further notice:

    • Guests, staff, and volunteers are required to wear masks at all times in our venues, regardless of vaccination status.
    • Ticket holders 12 years of age and older will be required to show a proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for entry into the Aronoff Center and Music Hall. Requirements for children under 12 years old will be determined by each of our venue’s resident companies.

We all have a part to play in maximizing the health and safety of everyone at our venues. We will be strictly enforcing our health and safety requirements, and therefore, guests who do not comply with any of our health procedures may be denied entry or be required to leave the venue.

Other COVID-19 related health protocols may be in effect at the time of an event. We will continually assess the ever-changing impact of the pandemic and will adjust our requirements and procedures according to updated public health guidance and applicable law.

You will find more, specific protocols to help you plan for your visit at www.cincinnatiarts.org/plan-your-visit/health-and-safety. Please refer back to that page or call the Cincinnati Arts Association Ticket Office at (513) 621-2787 [ARTS] closer to your event date, for the most current information. Protocol updates will also be sent to ticket holders prior to most events. The page referenced above contains more information on:

    2. FACE MASKS REQUIREMENTS
    3. HEALTH AND SAFETY SCREENINGS
    4. ENHANCED CLEANING AND AIR QUALITY
