IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Note: all proceeds from this fundraiser will go to support Mutual Dance Theatre and Arts Centers’ work and nonprofit mission in Cincinnati, Ohio.

There will be one single winner.

Mutual Dance Theatre and Arts Centers full-time employees, Board Members, and Company Members and their immediate households are ineligible to win.

The raffle prize is a single collection of the above-listed items which include some physical items, as well as digital passes or vouchers that the winner must redeem or arrange for final reservations.

Each individual ticket represents a single chance to win the basket. All tickets have an equal chance to be pulled. Chances of winning can be increased by winning more tickets.

Tickets may only be purchased using the Zeffy website linked and embedded above. All tickets purchased by Saturday, May 31, 2025 11am will be printed and combined in a secure physical receptacle. Tickets purchased after this time will be handwritten on slips of paper identical in size, texture, color, and thickness to the printed tickets.

The raffle will close for entries by the end of intermission at approximately 8:45pm on the evening of Modern Mix ’25, Saturday, May 31, 2025.

Immediately following the end of the performance, an authorized representative from Mutual Dance Theatre will physically (per Ohio law) pull a winner in front of a live audience.

The winner need not be present to win. A representative of MDTAC will contact the winner through means provided at time of purchase. The winner must pick-up the physical prizes from 8222 Monon Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45216 at an agreed-upon time no later than June 15, 2025. Digital prizes will be sent via email provided at the time of ticket purchase. If the winner fails to collect their physical prize by June 15, 2025 11:59pm, a runner-up will be drawn and notified. The process will be repeated thusly every 15 days until the prize is collected.

MDTAC is not responsible for the individual businesses’ actions to provide, validate, or fulfill vouchers or tickets.

The prize cannot be redeemed for cash value.
