Mutual Dance Theatre is a small nonprofit organization in Cincinnati whose mission is to bring more Modern and Contemporary Dance to more Cincinnatians. Our summer camp has been a Cincinnati favorite since 2011 and has even won a Cincinnati Magazine editorial award. We pride ourselves on providing safe, educational, and engaging summer camps that are full of activity. Join us this summer for fun days filled with movement and crafts as kids prepare for an end-of-week performance for their families.
No special attire or previous dance experience needed!
Conveniently located in Hartwell just off of I-75 (Exit 10B going north). Near Kroger, Country Fresh Market, Wyoming small business district, and other places to get your errands done!
Dance Lessons
Each camp would include a few dance classes times - the dancers get to choose!

Make fun crafts, artwork, and other creative projects throughout the day.

Games, imaginative activities, group challenges, and plenty of time to just be a kid.

Our headquarters are on 1.25 acres that feel secluded from the bustle of the nearby commercial district. Pine trees, large fields, and an ample parking lot will provide areas for outdoor play. All our doors remain locked at all times with camera surveillance.

Please register your child for their CURRENT age.
Our single day camps are designed for ages 4-10 years old.
FOR HALF DAY CAMP:
Our doors will not open until 8:45am. Please do not drop your child off before above time as the building will not be open. Pick up is at 12noon!
FOR FULL DAY CAMP:
Our doors will not open until 8:45am. Please do not drop your child off before above time as the building will not be open. Pick up is at 3pm! We will have extended day aftercare from 3-6pm but you will need to sign up for that!
We will be dancing for a bit of the day! We will survey the kids at the beginning of the day to see what styles they are interested in learning more about! They get a say!
We will keep the day filled and occupied – A little bit of dancing for fun, some fun crafts through out the day, games and fun!
No screen time – no phones, ipads, movies
Please send your child in comfortable clothes appropriate for the weather. Think gym clothes (easy to move in). We do lots of crafts so consider sending them in clothes that you do not mind getting a little but messy!
Yes, we have three restrooms available in our building!
When you register for our Half Day Camp or Full Day Camp you are agreeing to the following release of liability and photo release.*
“I am a legal guardian of named child(ren) and give permission for said child(ren) to fully participate in the Mam-Luft and Company Dance (dba Mutual Dance Theatre and Arts Center) Half Day Camp and/or Full Day Camp while fully recognizing the inherent physical risks involved in movement, crafts, games, and other camp activities. I do hereby release, forever discharge, and agree to hold harmless Mam-Luft and Company Dance (dba Mutual Dance Theatre and Arts Center), their trustees, staff, instructors, volunteers, employees, and agents and their heirs (collectively known as the “Indemnities”) from and against any and all liability and expenses of any kind that my assignees and representatives may have now or in the future including attorney fees, property damage, personal injury as a result of, in association with, or in relation to participation in said camp. I also hereby grant permission to photograph my child(ren) and release all rights into perpetuity to Mam-Luft and Company Dance (dba Mutual Dance Theatre and Arts Center)for lawful purposes such as marketing, funding, publicity, and so forth.”

REFUND POLICY
$75 of tuition per child is a non-refundable deposit because of our need to make purchases for your child’s participation. Refund requests for the remaining refundable amount are due by May 31, 2026 to claire@mutualarts.org.
